The Sierra Foothills AIDS Foundation (SFAF) is a community based, nonprofit organization. Our primary mission is to provide comprehensive support services to people living with HIV or AIDS and their families, and to provide education and prevention services to the general public. SFAF has been serving the Sierra Foothills region, including Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, and Alpine Counties since 1988. SFAF's services are provided by a dedicated professional staff. Services are provided through offices in Auburn, Diamond Springs, South Lake Tahoe And Nevada City. All services provided by SFAF are free of charge and are available to all local people living with HIV or AIDS and their families. |
