The HIV Health Services Planning Council is a community planning body whose primary responsibilities
include: assessing the needs of people living with HIV in El Dorado, Placer, Yolo and Sacramento Counties;
establishing appropriate service priorities; and allocating  federal grant funding.
Our Executive Director,
Susan Farrington, is a member.
