The HIV Health Services Planning Council is a community planning body whose primary responsibilities include: assessing the needs of people living with HIV in El Dorado, Placer, Yolo and Sacramento Counties; establishing appropriate service priorities; and allocating  federal grant funding.

Our Executive Director, Melissa Willett, is a member.

The Planning Council is always looking for input from people living with HIV so check out their website:
